1. Life time Workmanship Guarantee in Writing. Most companies only carry a 1 year labor
warranty and you pay a service fee for subsequent warranty work.
2. Guaranteed UIPVC Virgin Vinyl in Writing from the Manufacturer. Most companies use PVC
Vinyl. This means it contains reground vinyl and, or plasticizers. PVC is subject to UV
breakdown. It may crack, chalk, faced, wrap and become brittle.
3. Lifetime Non prorated Manufactures Warranty against Seal Failure. Most companies give
you only a prorated seal warranty. You will have to pay for the labor and possibly even the
glass pack!
4. Frame and Sash is 3 1/4 in. Mitered at Corners ad Full fusion Welded. Some companies use
2 3/4 in frame that is really intended for new construction. It does not provide the structural
strength recommended or eliminated air filtration.
5. Block and tackle Balance System. Gives ease of opening and close plus much longer life
than spiral balance.
6. Sloped Sill. Gives cleaner appearance and does not collect dirt like pocket sill.
7. Multi-Chambered Frame. Gives you excellent strength and efficiency. Most companies have a
minimal chamber which gives you a frame which is weaker and less efficient.
8. Interlocking Meeting Rail. Gives you excellent wind block and enhances security. Most
companies interlocks are shorter or they cut away for locks. This allows air infiltrate and lock are
more vulnerable to break-ins.
9. Triple Weather Strips. At top, bottom and both sides of interlock, eliminate air infiltration,
even in Stormy winds!.
10.HI R-Low E2 Plus. With 7/8 insulated double strength glass is twice as effective as standard
low E. (Request a Demo). Low E2 Plus will greatly increase the interior comfort of your hoe ans
the savings on your energy bills. The glass is also stronger.
11. Easy Clean Glass. Low E Plus has a clear coating which disperses water evenly across the
glass surface. Glass dries faster with fever water spots.
12.Cut Back Installation. (Giving you full glass replacement). Most companies inset when they
install. This reduces the size of your glass. It is also less stable and leaves a potential for wind
gaps

caulk that needs to be replaced every 2 years.
